-Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength to help with life's daily tasks, rehabilitate an exsisting injury, or just want to jumpstart your way into shape, I can provide you with a safe workout regimen that will effectively help you towards your goals.
-Workout sessions will run 25-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week.

"Over 60" Fitness Classes
Exercise is good for you, but if you are over 60, look past routines that promise "buns of steel". Recent research shows that moderate exercise will give you as much protection from disease as extensive exercise.
By age 60, almost everyone has some form of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, joint irritation, or lack of flexibilty. Light exercise will not aggrevate these conditions, but will actually help them/
Classes will be conducted at a moderate pace, so all fitness levels are welcome!
